   A need to complete a defined task regarding knowledge domain each side can bring to the other.
   The model will be discussed per case such as per hours/activity detailed report.
   It might be that the project will be to follow-up proactively on a topic to generate analysis,  
   documentation related or key people related to setup proactive meeting sessions to progress to
   MOU or business development where a proactive model of hours per month activity with a
   pre-defined limit
